Special KIWAMI Japanese Class at IHM Ranchi
We are delighted to share that on 6th February, an engaging and interactive online session was conducted for the students of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Ranchi under the KIWAMI Japanese Program. The 90-minute session was led by native Japanese speakers, offering students a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of both the Japanese language and culture. The session was thoughtfully designed to reinforce previously learned concepts while also introducing new topics in an engaging and practical manner.

One of the highlights of the class was a unique cultural lesson focused on how to handle lost property in Japan. Students learned about Japan’s well-known honesty and efficient systems, which ensure that lost items are often safely returned to their owners. This not only enhanced their vocabulary and conversational skills but also gave them meaningful insights into Japanese society and values.
The session also included dynamic role-play activities, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-life situations. These interactive exercises created an energetic learning environment where students could practice speaking Japanese naturally and confidently. Beyond language development, the class encouraged teamwork, strengthened communication skills, and fostered a deeper appreciation of Japanese culture. The enthusiasm and active participation of the students made the session both impactful and memorable.
We look forward to continuing such enriching sessions and helping students grow in their Japanese language journey.
