A Special Visit from Japan
What made the celebration truly remarkable was the presence of a native Japanese team, who traveled from Japan to join the fest. Their live sessions, interactions, and cultural activities allowed students to connect directly with Japanese traditions.
Highlights of the Day
- Cultural Showcases – As a gesture of warm hospitality, Ranchi’s traditional music and dance were performed to welcome the Japanese visitors.
- Interactive Workshops – A Virtual tour to Japan and Japanese culture was showcased by the native members, along with understanding the benefits and career opportunities of learning the Japanese language.
Launch of Japanese Language Program at IHM Ranchi
Adding to the fest’s significance, we aim to introduce a Japanese Language course into its curriculum, in collaboration with IHM Ranchi. This initiative would create new opportunities for students in both education and global careers.
Our program is designed as a special course to build Japanese language proficiency, opening pathways for students to work in Japanese companies, pursue higher studies, and understand Japan’s culture more deeply.
The program aligns with India–Japan educational partnerships and will prepare students to benefit from upcoming opportunities.
Building Bridges Through Culture
Japan Fest at IHM Ranchi was not just a celebration but also a milestone in Indo-Japanese cooperation. By combining cultural festivities with the official launch of a Japanese Language program, the event gave students a powerful glimpse into how language and culture can open global doors.
